“I have a hard time sleeping at night because of this,” the actress said.
“I’m just scared.”
The actress also accused the judge of giving her a “false message” and a “bad case.”
The judge ordered the actress to pay $100,000 in damages.
The judge found the actor had lied about his age and claimed the complainant was 14.
The judge said the actress had a reasonable expectation of privacy when having consensual sex.
“The complainant’s age was misrepresented,” the judge wrote.
“She did not feel pressured or intimidated to engage in sexual conduct.”
The actor had also been accused of violating her privacy by posting her age online, according to the judge.
In addition to the $100 million damages, the judge ordered $5 million for emotional distress and $1 million for “loss of enjoyment” caused by the actor’s actions.
The actor’s lawyer did not immediately return a request for comment.
The actress said she’s now working on a new film.
“It’s going to be really good,” she said.
